Excellent! We (a family with 2 childeren) had an excellent stay at this hotel. Perfect view, nice spaceous room, nice bathroom, good top roof breakfast and a very supportive and serviceminded staff (Gerald and Lamar were always able to find the answer and were very helpfull!) allowed us to have a great stay in NYC.
